Summary

On March 5, 2024, at approximately 11:09 p.m., [redacted] was parked in a bus lane on East 198th Street and Bainbridge Avenue in the Bronx. Sgt. Satinderpal Singh, PO Matthew Guerrido, and PO Christopher O'Connor of the 52nd Precinct approached [redacted] vehicle. Sgt. Singh allegedly pulled [redacted] out from the vehicle (Allegation A: Force, Unfounded). Sgt. Singh questioned [redacted] about whether he had anything sharp on his person, or whether he was armed with any weapons (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, Substantiated). Sgt.
