At approximately 4:36 p.m. on January 17, 2024, members of the service from the 19th Precinct were canvasing the vicinity of Park Avenue and East 71st Street, Manhattan, in regard to a commercial robbery which had taken place earlier in the day. While canvasing, PO Ruchiran Dias of the 19th Precinct observed [redacted] vehicle travelling in the wrong direction on Park Avenue and when he approached her vehicle to redirect her, [redacted] struck PO Dias with her vehicle. [redacted] was immediately removed from her vehicle and placed under arrest, during which time PO Harley Greco, of the 19th Precinct at the time of incident and currently assigned to Brooklyn Court Section, kicked [redacted] in the head (Allegation A: Force - Physical Force, Substantiated) and pulled her hair (Allegation B: Force – Physical Force, Substantiated).
