Summary

The complainant [redacted] alleges on UF245 that on 3/22/82 at about 1745 hours at [redacted] Brooklyn, the victim [redacted] accidentally tapped police officer Pearson's vehicle with his own vehicle. Officer Pearson who was off-duty and in civilian clothing repeatedly called [redacted] a "mother fucker". Officer Pearson then pointed his revolver at him. Officer Pearson then called for police assistance. When they arrived, Officer Pearson displayed his shield and shoved [redacted] (Encl, 1,1A)
