Complainant alleges that on 2-9-85, at about 1810 hours, in the hallway of [redacted], he was searched for drugs by subject officer. [redacted] P.O. LoPuzzo denies the Allegation. [redacted] P.O. Natale, who was his partner at the time. Officer LoPuzzo did not search the complainant and does not remember him or the incident. P.O. Natale reports, that he did not see officer LoPuzzo go into the building or searching anyone.
