The complainant did not witness the incident. She stated that she received a telephone call from her sister [redacted] who told her that it happened. (Enc. 6, tape)
I interviewed [redacted] and she denied that her husband kicked or ever beat her as comp alleged. She did not know the reason her sister made the complaint. She suggested that comp made it because she did not get along with her (victim's) [redacted]. She stated that none of the allegations her sister made were true. (Enc. 7)
