Complainant, [redacted] stated that he witnessed victim, [redacted] being struck, with a nightstick, by two members of the service. His witness, [redacted] however, stated that she saw approximately fourteen to twenty officers striking [redacted] but she is only able to identify one. She also alleged that she saw an officer jump on [redacted] neck.
PO Eagan said that he did not see anyone strike [redacted] with a nightstick or jump on his neck. PO Giordano said that he did not strike [redacted] with a nightstick nor did he see anyone else do so. Sgt. Pilecki said that he did not strike [redacted] with a nightstick or step on his neck. Furthermore, he said that there was no need for the use of a nightstick.
Complainant, [redacted] stated that victim, [redacted] was cursed at by a member of the service. Witness, [redacted] did not mention this allegation during her interview.
PO Eagan said that he did not hear anyone curse at [redacted]. PO Giordano said that he did not hear anyone curse at [redacted]. Sgt. Pilecki said that he did not curse at [redacted] nor did he hear anyone else do so.
