The complainant states he was a passenger in a livery cab when the driver passed a red light and was stopped by the police. The complainant alleges he was removed from the cab and hit in the chest with a flashlight by PO DeEntremont, he then states PO DeEntremont pulled his pants down to his knees and when he tried to pull up his pants he was hit again in the chest by PO DeEntremont with a flashlight. There is no injury claimed as a result of this incident.(encl#8)
PO DeEntremont was interviewed, and he stated he stopped a cab for passing a red light, saw [redacted] in the rear seat trying to hide a package of cocaine in his pants. He says he removed [redacted] from the cab and placed him under arrest. PO DeEntremont denied he hit [redacted] with a flashligth at anytime, or that he pulled down his pants.(encl#18)
