While performing routine patrol in the 77th precinct, SGT Glenn Diresto saw [redacted] standing in front of [redacted]. Based on a review of reports he conducts monthly, SGT Diresto knew that [redacted] had an active warrant for his arrest. SGT Diresto and PO Boder detained [redacted] briefly, while they waited for PO Mervin Bennett to confirm the identity of [redacted]. SGT Diresto knew that PO Bennett had arrested [redacted] on a prior occasion.
