Description: On January 14, 2020, the Plaintiff was sleeping inside his apartment, when Defendants McQuail, Dunn, Rugg, and John/Jane Doe 1-10 knocked on his door and demanded they be let in. They claimed they had a warrant for the Plaintiff's sister's arrest, but the Plaintiff told them she was not there. The Defendants wanted to look for themselves, and the Plaintiff's girlfriend let them inside. The Defendants proceeded to unlawfully arrest the Plaintiff by handcuffing the Plaintiff behind his back, with excessive force.
