Description: On July August 23, 2019, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Plaintiff Laetitia Saint-Jean, while lawfully in her home at 651 East 31st Street, Brooklyn, New York, was subject to an unlawful stop, question, frisk, search, false arrest, and false imprisonment by the defendant NYPD Officers, Jose Salazar and Officers John Does 1-10.
