Description: While looking for the bus stop, Plaintiffs were stopped, accosted, and arrested by Defendant Officers. Officers handcuffed and searched Plaintiffs and found nothing before taking them to 103rd Precinct. Plaintiffs were charged with fraudulent accosting, promoting gambling in the second degree, possession of a gambling device, and disorderly conduct. Prosecutors declined to prosecute.
