Description: On December 9, 2021, Plaintiff was standing near a parked vehicle waiting for his taxicab when Officer Ariel Perez and an unnamed officer pulled over. The two officers approached Plaintiff and asked to see his identification based on the false claim that Plaintiff was blocking traffic. After Officer Perez gave Plaintiff back his identification and told him he was giving Plaintiff a warning, Plaintiff replied "I don't give a fuck about no warning." In response, Officer Perez rushed at the plaintiff, and with the assistance of the unnamed officer, grabbed Plaintiff, and used excessive force by taking Plaintiff into custody.
