Description: On August 13, 2016, plaintiff was stopped by defendant officers in plainclothes. Defendants falsely accused plaintiff of having participated in a shooting nearby. Defendants pulled plaintiff out of his car, searched the car, arrested plaintiff, and transported him to the 47th precinct. Plaintiff was released after 4 hours in custody.
