Complaint
Description: On March 7, 2015, plaintiff was subjected to an unlawful search and subsequent arrest in a park in the Bronx. In response to plaintiff's complaints, officers Santasuosso and Yuengst assaulted, battered and tripped plaintiff to the ground. Plaintiff was then taken to the precinct, made to have his fingerprints, picture and DNA taken and was falsely charged with use of marijuana. All charges were dismissed.
