Description: On August 5, 2010, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 4 Times Square, New York, NY, lawfully distributing CDs when Defendant Officers, including officer Liu, approached Plaintiff, unlawfully searched him, and then placed him under arrest. Despite the fact that Defendant Officers had no probable cause to believe Plaintiff committed any crimes of offenses, Defendant Officer Liu falsely charged Plaintiff with Aggressive Begging in a Public Place and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. Plaintiff was released from custody and all criminal charges against him were dismissed on November 9, 2010.
