Description: On February 3, 2019, Plaintiff was present in her home on 2527 Valentine Avenue, Bronx, NY, when she emerged outside to find Officers John Does 1-3 punching and hitting her son in the backseat of a police car. Plaintiff's son screamed for help, and when Plaintiff called out, one officer charged her and punched her in the head. Plaintiff then raised her hands above her head in submission. The officers yelled "Stop resisting", and one officer left the vehicle, slammed Plaintiff to the ground and handcuffed her. The initial officer then pulled out his gun and pointed it at Plaintiff.
