Description: On February 5, 2016, Plaintiff Johnson met with her psychiatrist. Her psychiatrist reported that Plaintiff Johnson was a danger to herself, and officer Defendants Pacheo, Gutierrez, and Podlovits responded to Plaintiff's residence. Plaintiff Johnson partially opened the door, told Officers that she didn't wish to leave her home. Officers forced open the door, tackled Plaintiff Johnson to the floor. Plaintiff Johnson was brought to a hospital to receive treatment to the facial lacerations she suffered, and was released after hospital professionals confirmed that Plaintiff was not a suicide risk.
