Description: On October 27, 2009, Plaintiff was inside a family member's home when he was thrown to the floor, tightly handcuffed, and unjustly arrested by NYPD Officers. Plaintiff asked that the handcuffs be loosed but the officers refused. Later that day, Plaintiff was denied his request to have an attorney present at a improper and unlawful lineup. Plaintiff was then maliciously and falsely charged with armed robbery when in fact no reasonable person could have believed based on the evidence available at the time that Plaintiff had engaged in any unlawful conduct.
