Description: On November 19, 2019, the Plaintiff was visiting a residence after having been invited by the residents. While there, Defendant Blackett, a New York City police officer, who was already inside, appeared from behind a door with his pistol drawn and fired point blank at the Plaintiff's face. Description: On December 21, 2013, Rose Carbone was on the way to the hospital in a car with her sister who was in need of emergency medical attention. During the drive, Carbone saw a marked police car and an ambulance near the intersection and pulled over to speak with P.O. John Redhead. Carbone was upset and seeking help for her sister who was bleeding from her head; her sister had slipped on ice and hit her head on concrete. John Redhead was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
