Description: On June 10, 2018, NYPD officers, including officers Dastur, Blake, Sanches, and Keenan, forcibly entered plaintiff's apartment without cause or a lawful search warrant. Plaintiff later learned that a judge had issued an Order of Protection for her daughter without sufficient evidence. The officers proceeded to search the apartment and broke down a door to one of the rooms.
