Description: On March 14, 2012, Plaintiff Luqman Stround was a passenger in an automobile traveling in Brooklyn, New York, when Defendant Police Officers (Jason Brunson and John and Jane Doe 1 through 10) pulled the automobile over without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. The Defendant Police Officers then removed the Plaintiff from the vehicle and searched both without legal justification and then arrested the Plaintiff and charged him with possession of marijuana.
