Description: On February 12, 2014, Plaintiff was walking to visit his friend. When he turned a street corner, he saw POs had detained his friend and were searching him and his vehicle. The POs approached Plaintiff, seized his arm, and forced him to stand at the back of the vehicle. They searched Plaintiff without cause but found no contraband. They took Plaintiff to the precinct. On the way, they menaced Plaintiff, telling him they knew his family, referring to his brother who had been wrongfully incarcerated and released. They demanded his brother's whereabouts. Plaintiff gave them his brother's address in hopes he would be released as he had committed no crime. At the precinct, Plaintiff was subject to a strip search. Ag...
