Complaint
Description: 1st Incident: Plaintiff was falsely arrested for trespassing, taken to the 100th PCT, and then released without charges after the DA declined to prosecute.2nd incident: Officers warrantlessly entered Plaintiff's apartment, handcuffed everyone, including teenagers, searched it, then unhandcuffed everyone and left. 3rd incident: Plaintiff was approached while walking the street and given a summons for a city park regulation, which was later dismissed. 4th/5th incident: Officers Byrd and Mitchell taunted Plaintiff about his weight and gave him a bogus summons. 6th incident: Plaintiff was falsely arrested for a robbery and assault, the charges were later dismissed.
