Description: On June 1, 2018, plaintiff Oseiantwi McDonald was out riding his motorcycle when he was approached by defendant Officers Kilpatrick and Jastemski. The defendant officers accused Mr. McDonald of having stolen the motorcycle, and both defendant officers tackled Mr. McDonald to the ground and beat him. As a result of the assault, Mr. McDonald suffered injury to his head, sustained contusions and lacerations, and became sick. After beating him, the defendant officers admitted to Mr. McDonald that they had the wrong person. Nevertheless, both defendant officers arrested Mr. McDonald and transported him to the precinct. Mr. McDonald was later released from custody on his own recognizance.

Description: On April 23, 2014, Plaintiff was leaving her godmother's apartment and heading home when she noticed officers Shaun Healy, Jonathan Jastemski, and Alan Schatz following her.
