Description: On September 8, 2017, at approximately 4pm inside of 57-12 164th Street, Queens, Silvia Cobas called 911 to report a dispute with fellow building tenant Mr. Borges. In response to the call, Officers Farley and Ransunain came. Cobas alleged that Mr. Borges had banged on her door and made threats because Mr. Borges believed one of Ms. Cobas’ children blocked his parking spot. The officers observed Ms. Cobas’ undamaged front door, made a brief investigation, and left without doing anything else. Ms. Cobas, unhappy with the officers’ inaction, went to file a false police report in the 109th precinct regarding the same incident.
