Complaint
Description: The Defendant Officers initiated a stop of the vehicle the Plaintiff was operating. Defendant Officers Thomas Corey and Matthew Avelo and approximately two other defendant officers, physically removed the Plaintiff from the vehicle and threw him to the ground. The same Defendant Officers placed knees on Plaintiffs back, his head, and ankle and was kneed in the spine approximately three times. The Defendant Officers put excessively tight handcuffs on the Plaintiff, physically hurt him by shoving him on his stomach in the police vehicle and slamming the door on his head and right ankle. The Defendant Officers Corey and Avelo transported him to the hospital. The Plaintiff was charged with disorderly conduct.
