Description: On January 16, 2018 at approximately 5:00PM in the vicinity of Webster Avenue and East 168th Street in the Bronx, NY, NYPD Narcotics Officers Anthony Dismone, Josh Kaveney, John Doe, and John Roe stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff Fancis Shane in an aggressive and excessive manner without an arrest warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or any legal justification. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search and being photographed and fingerprinted. He was then arraigned, subjected to malicious prosecution, and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours. He was required to make numerous court appearances before all charges were terminated favorably.
