Description: On July 1, 2017, Plaintiff, Lisbeth Diaz, was at her home using the bathroom. P.O.s including Officers Joseph Sicari, and Pawel Lachowski forcibly entered into her home and bathroom and placed her in handcuffs. Plaintiff was taken out of her home and to the police vehicle without being allowed to clothe herself more fully or put on shoes. The officers searched the home without a warrant and failed to find anything illegal on Plaintiff’s person or in her reach. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and subject to a DNA sample collection.
