Description: On December 15, 2014, plaintiffs were attempting to enter the subway. Defendants ran up to the plaintiffs and threw them against the subway station wall. When plaintiffs protested, a defendant, possibly Manuel Mercedes, took a canister of mace and spread it at one of the plaintiffs. Plaintiff fell to the floor, screaming in pain. The other plaintiff started screaming for help, at which point defendant officer, possibly Daniel Priber, punched her in the eye causing plaintiff to fall to the floor and suffer bruising, swelling, and substantial pain. Defendants arrested plaintiffs and charged them. Plaintiffs were arraigned, and were given an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.
