Complaint
Description: 911 was called regarding an emotionally disturbed individual Defendant Officers arrived on the scene before medical attention. Defendant Officer used his taser on the Plaintiff and then assaulted and battered by Defendant Officers. The Plaintiff was then shoot approximately 5 times which resulted in their death.
