Delacruz (a minor at the time) she was yanked from the sidewalk and thrown against the ground and was tightly handcuffed. Delacruz was held for 7 hours until being released with a desk appearance ticket. On the same day, DeLeon was arrested on the same street for possession of marijuana and was falsely charged with criminal sale and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the 34th precinct where he was subjected to a strip search which included the anal cavity. Description: Plaintiffs were violently arrested by Officers based on observations by Officer Pichardo. Plaintiffs were brought to the 34th Precinct where Plaintiff 1 was released with a DAT and Plaintiff 2 was strip-searched and charged with crim sale and possession of marijuana, which were later dismissed. Plaintiff 3 was arrested in the same vicinity on a separate occasion, brought to the 34th Precinct, strip searched, and charged with false allegations that were later dismissed.
