Description: On September 26, 2015, the plaintiff Webster Drummond was dragged from a patrol car into a 105th Precinct holding cell by defendant Transport Officers, causing injuries to his leg, hip, knee, wrist, and shoulder. Drummond was denied the use of restroom facilities and later manhandled and cursed at without regard to his injuries. This led to ongoing physical disability.
