Description: On November 17, 2011, Plaintiff Stoeckley with Plaintiff McGregor was driving his truck and looking for a place to park near Zuccotti Park. As part of a continuing art project, Plaintiff’s truck was painted to suggest, satirically, an association with the WikiLeaks entity. Plaintiffs were stopped, pulled over, and arrested without cause by Defendant Police Officers. Following the arrest, Defendant Police Officers detained Plaintiff McGregor for approximately six hours. Following approximately three appearances in court, all charges against Plaintiff McGregor were dismissed. Defendant Police Officers later detained Plaintiff Stoeckley for approximately thirty hours.
