Description: On April 5, 2018, the Honorable William M. Harrington signed a search warrant authorizing the search of 80 Clifton Place, Apartment 5H, after Officer Landi made an application to the Supreme Court of the State of New York. The affidavit alleged that Officer Landi was advised, by a confidential informant, that there were firearms and ammunition at the premises – based on this information, the Honorable William M. Harrington found probable cause to issue said warrant. On April 9, 2018, Officer Landi entered the targeted premises – no firearms or illegal contraband were found.
