Description: On December 12, 2022, unnamed NYPD officers unlawfully arrested and tightly handcuffed Plaintiff without probable cause. In November 2022, Plaintiff's son had been badly attacked in the vicinity of his school, and Plaintiff attempted to guard her son from being hit; Defendant officers possessed photos and videos demonstrating that Plaintiff had committed no wrongdoing whatsoever. Plaintiff had visited the 81st Precinct to meet and follow up with detectives about her son's harassment and assault by students at his school.
