Description: On February 3, 2012, at 2382 2nd Ave, Apt. 1904, NY, NY, defendants operating from the 25th precinct entered the premises. Defendants broke down the door, entered the apartment with shields and helmets, and drew their firearms at plaintiffs and their minor children, and placed plaintiff's 12 year old daughter in handcuffs. Plaintiffs were not free to disregard defendants' questions, walk away or leave the scene. Defendants grabbed plaintiff Aponte while in her nightgown, shoved her against a wall, twisted her arms and placed excessively tight handcuffs on her wrists. Defendants witnessed these acts, but failed to protect plaintiff from the conduct. Defendants searched Aponte but found no evidence of contraband....
