Description: On January 14, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street and not engaged in any suspicious or illegal activity when he was approached by officers without cause. Officers proceeded to stop, search, grab, and detain Plaintiff in an aggressive manner. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to the precinct.
