Description: Plaintiffs were inside a restaurant playing Dominos when the defendants unlawfully seized, searched, assaulted, falsely arrested and imprisoned the Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs were taken to the 77th Precinct and then to Central Booking where the Plaintiffs were released without seeing a judge. The plaintiffs were denied adequate medical treatment.
