Description: On November 15, 2013, detective Ryan Lane (shield no. 5069) and undercover officer no. 109 burst through the door of the plaintiff's room, immediately placed him in handcuffs, searched the plaintiff's belongings, and arrested him. The defendant officers lied in their identification of the plaintiff and regarding the facts surrounding his arrest including alleging to have discovered empty zip lock bags in the plaintiff's room.

Description: On March 11, 2010, at approximately 6:10 a.m., the defendant police officers were executing a search warrant at 1570 E. 102nd Street, Apt. 6G, Brooklyn, New York. The police were both inside the apartment and standing in the adjacent hallway. The defendant officers arrested plaintiff while she was walking down the sixth floor hallway, even though she was lawfully on the premises, was not a target of the search warrant, and was not committing any crime. She was taken to a police station, searched, fingerprinted, and photographed. Plaintiff was arraigned on felony and misdemeanor charges, but these charges were subsequently dismissed and sealed on March 16, 2010.
