Description: On February 8, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when Defendant Officer Sean Donohue and Defendant Officer Duerr arrived and without any legal justification seized, searched, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs and arrested before being transported to the precinct where he was searched and detained for several hours. The searched yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs, or contraband.
