Description: On July 4, 2023, and at all times hereinafter mentioned and upon information and belief, the Defendants, NYPD Officers FRANK VAZQUEZ, JONATHAN GALINDO SANCHEZ, and JOHN DOES approached, assaulted, and battered the plaintiff, CHRISTOPHER PARHAM, with the assault and battery consisting of Plaintiff of being pushed, grabbed, thrown into agate, grabbed in the genitals, thrown to the ground, punched, struck with knees in the back, kicked, forcefully placed in handcuffs, and dragged. That same day the plaintiff was taken back to the 90th Precinct and thereafter to Kings County Central Booking where he was held until he was arraigned and then released on his own recognizance.
