Description: On or about June 12, 2012, while Plaintiff was on the A train, several unknown Defendant NYPD officers accosted Plaintiff, physically and verbally assaulted Plaintiff, illegally and forcibly handcuffed him, unlawfully searched Plaintiff multiple times, and detained Plaintiff at Central booking. During the incident, the Defendants repeatedly called Plaintiff names, cursed at Plaintiff and threatened Plaintiff. The Defendants' actions were without any legal cause, justification, or provocation.

Description: On April 20, 2010, Sgt. Mark Siley, Det. Alex Munoz, Det. CHristine Sheren, Det. Artiles, Det. Gil, Det. Carui, Det. Sherman, Det. Alumez unlawfully entered Plaintiffs' apartment by breaking the door. POs grabbed Plaintiffs from their beds and cuffed their hands behind their backs with excessively tight handcuffs. POs had their firearms drawn and pointed at Plaintiffs throughout. Plaintiffs requested the handcuffs be loosened but their requests were ignored. POs illegally searched the apartment and did not find any contraband. However, they falsely claimed they found a firearm in Plaintiff Robert Casilla's bedroom.
