Description: On May 9, 2023, at approximately 11:20 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of the 161st Street 4 Train Station, County of Bronx, New York, when the defendant officers Jorge Lopez, Elias Niazi, and NYPD Officers John Does 1-10 unlawfully descended upon, stopped, detained, searched, and arrested. Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification. Defendant officers grabbed plaintiff and tackled him to the ground, physically assaulting him and causing a broken ankle, among other injuries. Defendant officers then arrested plaintiff and restrained him with tight metal handcuff, subjecting him to unlawful pat-down search.
