Description: On or around February 11, 2012, Marwan Dabis exited a deli with an unopened beer, heading towards a train station to assist a friend in getting to the train. On his way back from the train station to the Deli, Dabis saw defendant officers harassing a civilian upon which he began to film the incident on his telephone. One of the officers grabbed the phone, violently grabed his arm and spun him around to handcuff him upon which he suffered a shoulder contusion and extreme pain. Upon Dabis' question why he was being arrested, officers kicked him in the torso. They unsuccessfully pleaded with Dabis that he not go to the emergency room Charges against Dabis were dismissed.
