Description: On October 4, 2019, plaintiff's brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down and wheelchair-bound, was being roughly and physically searched by defendant P.O. Zalewski and other P.O.s. Upon arriving at the scene of his handcuffed brother, plaintiff asked the P.O.s why they were arresting him. Despite complying with the P.O.s' orders, plaintiff was pushed by defendant P.O. Aiello. Plaintiff attempted to walk away but defendant P.O.s Elliott and Aiello continued to follow and push plaintiff. Defendant P.O. Wang ordered his officers to handcuff plaintiff.
