Description: On October 13. 2020, plaintiff was sleeping in his bed when defendants entered the building, approached, woke up, seized and searched, detained, and arrested plaintiff. Defendants stated that plaintiff was being arrested in connection with a burglary on September 14, 2020. Defendants did not have a valid arrest warrant. Defendants grabbed plaintiff about his body and extremities before violently contorting his arms behind his back and affixing metal handcuffs to his wrists in an excessively tight fashion.
