A Defendant supervisor was present on the scene and did not stop Plaintiff's arrest. Earlier on September 30, 2019, Plaintiff reported to police he was a victim of an assault inside the location, showed his injuries, invited them to view video supporting his claim, provided witness names, but was ignored.
