Complaint
Description: On September 22, 2017, plaintiff was at the subway station when he was approached by an ex-girlfriend and took his phone. Plaintiff got the attention of two transit police officers, including defendant officer Maslivar, and requested their help in retrieving the phone. When they did not help, plaintiff turned around to retrieve his phone himself, and defendant officers pushed him to the ground, and electrocuted him and he suffered burns to his chest and oblique. Plaintiff was then arrested, taking to the precinct briefly, then to the hospital.
