Description: On October 9, 2015, plaintiff left her home in the Bronx after hearing gunshots and learning that her cousin had been shot. When the defendant police officers arrived at the scene, they were rude and abusive to the plaintiff including shoving her, striking her, putting her in handcuffs, and putting her in a headlock. The defendants put her in a police care and struck her head against the car door while doing so. Once at the precinct, the defendants squeezed the handcuffs on her wrists, taunted her, grabbed her by the neck, put a knee on her back when she fell and put shackles on her ankles and pulled her hair.
