Description: In the early morning of August 25, 2016, Gordon Warren and his friend Jesse were driving back to their neighborhood, the Kingsbridge Section of the Bronx, after a night out at a Bronx restaurant. Jesse was driving Warren's vehicle, as Warren had been drinking. Upon reaching their neighborhood in the vicinity of Bailey Ave. and Kingsbridge Terrace, Jesse had to go to his apartment to speak with his girlfriend while Warren waited in the passenger seat with the motor running. Description: Defendant Officers approached plaintiff on the street corner. Defendant officers were going to issue a ticket to a double parked car when plaintiff asked for them to wait until he could get the driver out to move the vehicle. The Defendant officers then arrested the plaintiff. PO Bergen handcuffed plaintiff, and the officers drove him in a patrol car to the 45th precinct. He was charged by the officers with driving while intoxicated. The plaintiff was released later that day and acquitted of all charges.

Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff in a subway station and questioned him about his bag and laptop. Officers searched his bag and his car (unclear when how search moved from station to car). Officers accused Plaintiff of having a fake driver's license, arrested him, took him to a station house, and used his phone to speak with Plaintiff's employer and family members. Plaintiff was strip searched and charged with making an illegal U-turn and driving with a suspended license. All charges were later dismissed.
